Synced are currently supporting a client operating in the Residential accommodation sector to recruit a Senior Leasing Associate in Manchester.

Whatever job title you have doesn't matter, what matters are the following personality traits & work based experience:

• 100% people focused

• Leasing experience in a BTR building

• Proven track record in BTR leasing include lease up

• Daily focus on KPI's & performance metrics

• Good understand of social media and its influence on sales & marketing

• Good understand of CRM systems (ideally booking systems)

• Good understanding of WhatsApp, live chat and other digital communication platforms

In addition, you will need to be warm, friendly, approachable and professional with a passion for excellence and getting the job done!
