Synced Talent is currently supporting a client operating within the residential property sector to recruit a talented & motivated Sales Manager to join their team based in central Manchester.
As the Sales Manager, you will report to senior management and work closely with a small team of sales executives. This is a hands-on role; you will get involved in the day-to-day sales activity yourself & drive your team to maximise sales for an impressive residential living portfolio.
What you'll be doing
Managing and mentoring a team of sales executives
Handling enquiries, viewings and conversions alongside your team
Monitoring performance and identifying ways to improve conversion rates
Bringing energy and consistency to the sales floor every day
Understanding the local market and keeping on top of competitor activity
Working closely with the wider operations team to make sure the customer experience matches what's been sold
Reporting on sales performance and pipeline, flagging risks and opportunities to senior management
