Working Hours - Monday – Friday: Shifts between 8am -8pm + every other Saturday

Community Associate, Resident Associate/Host, Resident Services Advisor, Front of House,

Receptionist to name a few!

Whatever job title you have doesn't matter, what matters are the following personality traits:

You will need to be…

Warm & friendly, approachable, professional and have an incredible, never ending passion for

customer service/journey…

In addition, any experience in the living/accommodation sector - PBSA, BTR, CoLiving, Coworking,

hospitality is fully transferable.

Outline duties and responsibilities:

• Customer service & Customer journey

• Resident care, engagement and satisfaction

• Social media channels for the building

• Sales & Marketing duties e.g. site tours, events, membership, leasing and renewals

  administration

• Building administration - tenancy, lease documentation, contractor liaison

• Coordination of maintenance requests
