Synced are currently supporting a client operating in the Residential Living sector to recruit a Resident Host / Customer Services Associate in a residential setting for a seriously impressive building in East London.

You will need to be…
Warm & friendly, approachable, professional and have an incredible, never ending passion for customer service/journey…
In addition, any experience in the 'living/accommodation' sector - PBSA, BTR, CoLiving, Coworking, hospitality is fully transferable.
Outline duties and responsibilities:
Customer service & Customer journey
Resident care, engagement and satisfaction
Social media channels for the building
Sales & Marketing duties e.g. site tours, events, membership, leasing and renewals administration
Building administration - tenancy, lease documentation, contractor liaison
Coordination of maintenance requests
Plus much more!
