customer service/journey…

In addition, any experience in the living/accommodation sector - PBSA, BTR, CoLiving, Coworking,

hospitality is fully transferable.

Outline duties and responsibilities:

• Customer service & Customer journey

• Resident care, engagement and satisfaction

• Social media channels for the building

• Sales & Marketing duties e.g. site tours, events, membership, leasing and renewals

  administration

• Building administration - tenancy, lease documentation, contractor liaison

• Coordination of maintenance requests
