This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leasing professional to lead from the front—shaping the applicant journey, driving leasing performance, and creating a thriving resident community.

You’ll be the key link between prospective residents, internal teams, and external partners ensuring a seamless, high-quality lettings experience while building a strong sense of community across the neighbourhood.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lettings journey from enquiry and viewings through to application and move-in in conjunction with the central team.

  • Collaborate with the Finance, Asset and site teams to agree rental levels and optimise occupancy.

  • Deliver high-quality in-person and virtual viewings, and ensure all enquiries and leads are followed up promptly.

  • Monitor lease renewals, ensuring full compliance with legal and business requirements.

  • Develop strategies to drive resident retention and deliver an exceptional living experience.

  • Uphold brand values, Propertymark best practices, and the highest standards of communication.

  • Proactively manage and resolve any escalated customer complaints relating to the leasing journey.

  • Inspire and manage a small team through coaching, one-to-ones, and performance reviews.

  • Lead from the front in creating a culture of customer excellence.

  • Develop and deliver a diverse calendar of resident events and community initiatives, working closely with marketing and local partners.

  • Support community engagement by encouraging resident feedback and platform engagement

Key Responsibilities

  • ARLA qualified (Level 3 essential, Level 4 desirable)

  • Proven experience in residential lettings—ideally within a BTR environment

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team

  • Confident using leasing/property management systems and analysing market data

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills

  • A commercially minded, resident-focused approach

  • Experience in developing marketing strategies, setting rents, and using insights to drive decision-making
