What you’ll be doing:
Leading, mentoring, and developing your onsite team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Taking ownership of sales, marketing, and lettings to drive occupancy and engagement.
Creating and implementing a vibrant community experience, ensuring residents feel at home.
Managing budgets, reporting, and financial performance with confidence.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Overseeing all facilities management, maintenance, and compliance, ensuring safety and efficiency at every turn.
