Location: Manchester & Salford
Salary: £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you a proven operator with 5 + years sector experience within the BTR, PBSA or residential sector?  Do you have experience of strategic management and strong leadership?

We’re seeking a ​two General Manager​s ​in Manchester and Salford with proven site based operations, service excellence, leadership & challenge/change management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a multi disciplined on site team.

• Deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction and commercial targets.

• Be the senior point of contact for stakeholders including investors, internal stakeholders & partners.

• Create and maintain a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with sales, marketing & leasing teams to ensure occupancy and revenue success.

• Interpret performance data and implement strategies to enhance resident experience and retention.

• Represent the portfolio externally and internally as a trusted leader and brand ambassador.

You’ll Be:

• A confident, credible ​site ​based leader with experience in BTR, PBSA or the residential sectors.

• Time served Manager with 5 years + experience in a management role.

• Exceptionally leadership with a proven track record of team development.

• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, KPIs and P&L performance.

• Strategic approach & hands-on when needed, a problem solver!

• Obsessed with quality, compliance and service delivery.
