We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our growing property portfolio. If you have a background in PBSA, BTR or residential property management, a solid track record in high-rise environments and a ​exposure to building safety and compliance​, we want to hear from you.

The rol​e:

You'll take ownership of day-to-day facilities operations across ​a range of residential assets, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and running to the highest standards. ​ Working closely with on-site teams, contractors and senior management, you'll be the go-to person for everything from planned maintenance programmes to reactive issues and resident experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised under pressure, confident with compliance and comfortable being the face of the building for residents and stakeholders alike.

What you'll be doing​ (full job brief on application):

• Managing all hard FM services across the asset​s, including PPM schedules, contractor management and service charge budgets
• Ensuring full statutory and regulatory compliance​ - including fire safety, lifts, water hygiene and electrical systems
• Supporting compliance with the Building Safety Act and acting as a key point of contact for building safety matters
•​ Maintaining accurate records, CAFM systems and reporting to key stakeholders

What we're looking for​:

Essential:
Around 5 years' facilities management experience within PBSA, BTR or a property-focused environment
Proven experience managing high-rise residential or mixed-use buildings
Strong working knowledge of statutory compliance obligations (fire, M&E, water, lifts)
Confident managing contractors, budgets and service charge reporting
Based within a commutable distance of the Birmingham to Bristol / Southwest corridor
Familiarity with CAFM software platforms

Desirable:
Working knowledge of or exposure to the Building Safety Act 2022 and its implications for higher-risk buildings
IOSH Managing Safely, IWFM membership, or a similar professional qualification
Experience as a named Building Safety Manager or supporting an Accountable Person
