Synced are seeking to a highly organised Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a growing residential property portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone currently working in an administrative or coordination role within the property or facilities management (FM) sector, who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams, working with contractors and internal teams and keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes.

£35,000 plus bonus

Synced are seeking to a highly organised Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a growing residential property portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone currently working in an administrative or coordination role within the property or facilities management (FM) sector, who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams, working with contractors and internal teams and keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activity across a residential portfolio

  • Managing workflows, trackers and records to ensure works are completed on time

  • Acting as a key point of contact for contractors and internal stakeholders

  • Supporting planned preventative maintenance schedules and follow-up works

  • Helping maintain accurate compliance and health & safety documentation

  • Raising purchase orders and supporting contractor access and documentation

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role within the property or FM sector

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and good IT skills

  • Experience supporting facilities management, maintenance or compliance activity

  • Familiarity with PPM, CAFM systems or contractor coordination

  • Strong Excel or data-handling skills
