Up to £27,000 per annum + uncapped bonus
Full Time - Working hours Monday to Friday
Synced are currently supporting a client operating in the Residential accommodation sector to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Executive in Manchester.

Whatever job title you have doesn't matter, what matters are the following personality traits & work based experience:
100% people focused whether in sales or a customer service environment
Proven track record in sales
Daily focus on KPI's & performance metrics
Experience in the PBSA, BTR, Lettings or hospitality industries
Good understand of social media and its influence on sales & marketing
Good understand of CRM systems (ideally booking systems)
Good understanding of WhatsApp, live chat and other digital communication platforms
In addition, you will need to be warm, friendly, approachable and professional with a passion for excellence and getting the job done!
